Order Processing & Production Time
All of our products are made to order and begin processing immediately. Production time typically ranges from 2–7 business days.
Shipping Time
We aim to ship orders as promptly as possible. Shipping times vary based on location and production volume. Below are general delivery estimates (business days only, excluding weekends and holidays):
United States:
- Standard Shipping: 2–5 business days
- Economy Shipping: 4–8 business days
- Priority/Express (where available): Faster delivery (e.g., 2–3 business days total with Express upgrades; additional fees may apply)
International Shipping:
We do not currently offer international shipping.
Estimated Total Delivery Time:
Production + shipping is typically 5–14 business days. Due to location and production volume, we cannot guarantee delivery within these timeframes.
Shipping Costs
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location, product weight/size, and selected shipping method. Rates generally start around $3.99–$7.99+ for standard options.
Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with tracking information. You can track your package directly through the carrier (e.g., USPS, UPS).
Important Notes
- All delivery times are estimates only and cannot be guaranteed due to factors beyond our control (carrier delays, weather, high-volume periods, etc.).
- If your order is delayed or lost in transit, please contact us promptly so we can assist you.
- Holiday periods (e.g., November–January) may result in longer production and shipping times due to increased demand.
